The Davis Center is the world’s premier sound-based therapy center and offers The Davis Model of Sound Intervention™ as the foundation for its successes.  The center was established by Dorinne S. Davis, MA, CCC-A, FAAA, RCTC, BARA and offers a special variety of sound-based therapies that enhance leaning, development and wellness. These therapies are based on how the body uses the vibrational energy of sound received from outside sound sources and how the body's systems perceive and utilize these frequencies or frequency combinations. It is the only center of its kind in the world!

About Us

Ms. Davis's extensive background and 45+ years experience provides the foundation for The Davis Center's unique focus and evaluative protocol. She has combined her knowledge of educational and rehabilitational audiology, her experience as a teacher-ranging from Kindergarten through college, and her credentials in 20 different sound-based therapies to develop The Davis Model of Sound Intervention™. Three major components are emphasized within the process: 1) a connection between the voice, the ear, and the brain, 2) all cells resonate, and 3) the ear is a global sensory processor.

At The Davis Center, the professional staff evaluates the total person -- people of all ages, people committed to
wellness, healthy pregnancy, personal growth, healhty aging, and people with all types of issues. People who have special needs or symptoms associated with Autism/PDD, Attention Deficit Disorders (ADD/ADHD), Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD/APD), Dyslexia, Apraxia, Hyperlexia, Downs Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Learning Disabled, Adoption, Aspergers, Chronic Fatigue ,Developmental Delays, Vaccine Concerns, Tourettes, as well as the general population, have been helped.

These services are only utilized, except for the sound bed, after our Diagnostic Evaluation for Therapy Protocol (DETP®) determines the need for such services. No therapy is offered without determining the need for such therapy through this evaluative process. In special circumstances, BioAcoustics can be used without the diagnostic assessment when wellness challenges are the primary concern. The Davis Model of Sound Intervention utilizes The Tree of Sound Enhancement Therapy® as the developmental flow chart for the correct administration of any sound-based therapy.

We now offer our diagnostic evaluation in
Off-Site locations when someone offers to become the host at the Off-Site location. Ms. Davis will travel to administer this test battery when sufficient clients are available in one location. Because of the use of home programs, many people receive the Off-Site testing and then utilize the therapies in their home or school, making sound-based therapy usage so much easier. Contact Us for more information about our Off-Site requirements.

The Davis Center is committed to providing exceptional service. When necessary, the staff will refer clients to other professionals or resources to achieve the desired result.

Contact The Davis Center at 862-251-4637, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time to schedule an evaluation. Or email kmazer@thedaviscenter.com.
